How to Lose Weight In Nigeria,

Weight gain or loss has become one of the most talked about issue in households, work place or any gathering. Granted, it’s not what people like to talk about openly but times arise when we engage in deep talk about gaining or losing weight. Its popularity also stems from wanting to eat everything one craves without gaining weight unnecessarily. Of course eating a lot and at times when it is not necessary will lead to having extra fat in the wrong places. Then it boils down to a weight issue, being fat. Who is fat? It could be me, you? Someone I know, someone you know, someone in the family, a friend of a friend... The list is endless.
For a particular person, gaining or losing weight may not be a problem because the person has found a way to deal with his or her weight issue. On the other hand, another person may find it completely difficult to get in shape. Frustration comes in when that person continues to hear how easy it is to lose weight when he/she had tried severally and failed. Bear in mind that nothing good comes easy so if you expect to get rid of that extra fat in the wrong places, then you have to work for it.
For that, you’ll have to learn at your own pace HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT.

Eat Breakfast:

To avoid adding weight, one will have to inculcate the habit of eating breakfast regularly. The morning meal should be taken preferably within an hour of waking and at the same time each day. Eating breakfast at that time will help keep your insulin levels steady and your cholesterol levels lower. Any day you wake up late, try eating breakfast as soon as you wake up.
Also, consider taking food rich in protein and high fiber food for breakfast. Vegetables, eggs, fresh fruit, peanut butter etc will take longer to process in the body so you’ll feel full throughout the morning. This is not the same with refined sugar and some carbohydrate food which takes short period to process and which will leave you feeling hungry in no time. Find a way to avoid eating sugary pastries, cereals, instant oatmeal or the likes of it for breakfast.

Exercise and break a sweat:

The truth of the matter is that to lose weight naturally, one would have to exercise. Exercise helps you stay in shape and be healthy. It works better if you sweat while the exercise process is on because it means the waste is going off and fat is burning. To lose extra fat, first work on your belly. When your belly is sticking out in the wrong places or when you have ‘tires and spare parts’, you’ll appear fat. If you deal with belly fat, then part of your weight issue is already solved.

Drink a lot of Water:

Drinking water throughout the day can lead to a more active metabolism. Food gets processed easily. Drinking water also helps your body flush out waste or toxins thereby improving your health. To know if you are sufficiently hydrated, drink water till your urine runs clear. If it’s still yellow, then continue drinking (Use caution:  Do not drink more than four glasses of water in any given hour). Try to avoid gulping down water or drinking too much water in a short period of time. This is because the kidneys in the body won’t be able to flush it out fast enough and the blood will become waterlogged. Also, don’t drink too much water during or immediately after exercising. Only drink the equivalent of what you sweated during the exercise. How to know? Sip and drink to your thirst.
