How long after a breakup should one begin a new relationship?

Theres is no guarantee that any relationship would last forever, no matter how pleasant or amazing it looks.

Things happen, people change, circumstances and situations become altered, love fades and the relationship dies with it.
More attention has been placed on how to deal with this kind of situation and how to move on from the pain, especially if you are the one that got dumped.
But how about when to move on?
How long after a breakup should one begin a new relationship? Exactly how much time do they need to heal before they become emotionally available again?

Hours, days, weeks, months, or maybe some years afterwards?
Boma, 27, says "I think the answer to this should be whenever you are ready to go again. I and my girlfriend broke up like three years by mutual consent.

"I am not in a relationship now because I do not think I can manage that kind of commitment at the moment, not because of anything else.
As soon as I feel ready again, I'll get into another relationship."
When this issue was raised for discussion on Twitter by Anda [@LazyWrita], the responses were expectedly sensational.
A user says "Please what are you mourning? As long as you are emotionally ok, you can be in another relationship at anytime."

Another tweet reads, "Truth is you should give a little bit of space like 6 months to heal properly and move on unless the person was really shitty."
And this particular user has a special analogy to explain his point, "Omo when NEPA seize light how long does it take you to plug in power bank?... on to the next one no time"
Do you think there should be any wait at all, if yes how long should it take? Please take the poll below and let's know what you think.
